Middletown police arrest Holmdel man on sexual assault charges
A Middletown Policeman was on routine patrol this week when he saw a couple in a compromising position in the area of Ideal Beach. He approached the vehicle which contained a 20 year old male and a 15 year old female. The man, Eric Filozof from Holmdel, was taken into custody and charged with sexual assault because of the difference in age. He was processed and held on $35,000 bail. The teen was released to the custody of her parents.
